This is a place where students in 5th and 6th grade as well as SCOPE students from Borland Manor can find information for their class. It is also a place where students will occasionally be asked to participate in discussions.

Our NSIS Spelling Bee champion competed in the Western Pennsylvania Spelling Bee this weekend at Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. She whizzed her way through four rounds of finals!! She ended up placing 21st overall! :)

Borland Manor SCOPE

The 6+1 Trait Writing Model of Instruction & Assessment provides a common language for teachers and students to communicate about the characteristics of writing and establishes a clear vision of what good writing looks like.
